Wolfson Micro reports loss
Edinburgh chipmaker Wolfson Microelectronics, whose technology is used in the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone, expect to return to profit in the second half after it reported an underlying loss of $1.3m (£800,000) in the second quarter, better than the $2.9m loss in the same period last year. Revenue rose five per cent year on year to $40.3m.
