The human resources consultancy has appointed Andrew Woolnough as client development director in its flexible benefits team. He was most recently head of flexible benefits at Enrich Reward, and has also held senior roles at Jelf Group.
JP Morgan Private Bank
The private bank has announced two new appointments to its London-based South Asia team. Ravi Bulchandani joins as a managing director from Barclays Wealth. Jafar Hamid joins as an executive director from Credit Suisse Private Bank.

Christine Galeon has been appointed head of infrastructure and structured project finance at Barclays. She joined the bank seven years ago, and has previously held project finance roles at both Dexia and Credit Lyonnais.

The investment management firm has announced two new appointments. Simon Peck and Quintin Ings-Chambers join as head and deputy head of UK private client services. Peck was most recently chief executive of Fleming Family & Partners’s UK asset management business. Ings-Chambers joins from SGPB Hambros, where he was a director.

The law firm has appointed Richard Britain partner and head of its corporate insurance practice. He has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate transactional lawyer in the insurance and financial services sectors.

James Brown specialises in business to business contract pricing, and has worked for the firm for the past three years. Bert Sebastian Strasmann specialises in the construction, commodity and building technology sectors.
