Another Italian tapas bar, this is a sleeker operation that Polpo, with a more grown-up dining area and better contained hustle and bustle.?Its excellenty judged fare from all over Italy has proved a great hit and the atmosphere is electric. Mark Hix’s new opening on Brewer Street is the talk of the town – not surprisingly, either, with the menu positively squeaking with innovative, immaculately sourced food.
