The City gears up for a very horsey weekend with the Investec Derby and Chestertons Polo in the Park
'Tis the season of summer hats, high society and equestrian sport, but don't worry if you can't get out of London to watch the races.
International polo is set to return to Fullham this Friday, with eight teams from around the world set to compete at this years' Chestertons Polo in the Park.
The tournament returns to Hurlingham Park for the second successive year following the 2015 showdown, when world-class polo was played at the west London venue for the first time since 1939.

ICM Capital Team England captain, James Beim said last year’s match had an "unbelievable atmosphere".
"The support from the crowds was immense and playing in the heart of London at the original home of polo was a wonderful experience."
The City A.M. International match, the highlight on the opening day on 3 June, will be played by England and South Africa under the City Polo format. The rules have been simplified so that spectators can follow the action without actually knowing anything about polo. Perfect for the City slicker who wants to be seen, but not tested.
Shoaib Abedi, Director at ICM Capital said: "We’re proud to be supporting England as they take on sporting rivals South Africa. It’s set to be an exciting match between two great teams with so much polo heritage and we hope that fans from both nations will come out to support their teams."
Friday evening tickets are available from as little as £10 for access from 5pm, making Chestertons Polo in the Park the perfect way to start the weekend.
