Savile Row Huntsman cutter is tailor made for a part in new Take That video
It’s not every day you find yourself at the centre of a music video, especially one for an upcoming Hollywood blockbuster. But that’s exactly where Savile Row cutter Pat Murphy found himself when Take That showed up to film the latest video for their new single, Get Ready for It.
Murphy, a 30-year tailoring veteran who plies his craft at Savile Row landmark Huntsman, appears alongside Barlow & Co in the single’s video, the soundtrack for the new Matthew Vaughn spy drama Kingsman: The Secret Service.
The three Take That boys – Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald – are on hand to look resplendent in their pinstripe suits, but it’s Murphy who steals the show with his understated craftsmanship.
Who says tailors aren’t cut out for superstardom?
