RSM, the accountancy firm formerly known as Baker Tilly, reveals growth in UK revenues of 26 per cent to £292m
Accountancy firm RSM today announced a growth in UK revenues of 26 per cent to £292m for its year ended 31 March 2015.
The figures also showed that the business’s risk assurance service line had grown by 86 per cent to £22m and consulting, which is the firm’s fastest growing offering, by 195 per cent to £8m.
“This year’s record financial results for the firm show not only the full impact of the absorption of the former Tenon business, but also reflect underlying organic growth in multiple revenue streams following the successful completion of the strategic restructuring of the firm,” said Laurence Longe, RSM’s UK managing partner. “The major structural developments of the last two years, along with the recent highly successful launch of our new global brand have laid the foundations for RSM to truly become the first-choice adviser to middle market leaders, globally.”
The accounts are the first set to be published since RSM, which has 3,400 partners and staff in 35 offices around the UK, rebranded itself from Baker Tilly in October. The results are also the first to include a full year’s contribution from the Tenon business, which RSM acquired in September 2013.
