RICS sees fall in construction
Construction workloads fell during the final three months of 2010, as government spending cuts and a lack of commercial finance took their toll on the industry, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) said yesterday. Five per cent more surveyors reported total construction workloads fell rather than rose. London and the south east was the only part of the country to report an increase in construction workloads.
