Public relations firm Kekst CNC appoints Robbie Gibb as adviser
Public relations firm Kekst CNC has appointed Sir Robbie Gibb, the former communications director to Theresa May, as a senior adviser.
Gibb has been tapped to advise the Kekst CNC’s board and management teams both in the US and internationally.
The former Downing Street spin doctor previously worked as head of BBC Westminster, overseeing the broadcaster’s political output across programmes including the Daily and Sunday Politics and the Andrew Marr Show.
“Robbie is a seasoned political adviser, broadcast journalist and communications professional with a strong knowledge of the British political landscape and an expert understanding of the Brexit process,” said Richard Campbell, partner at Kekst CNC.
“At this time of political and corporate uncertainty, his recommendations and insight will be invaluable to our clients around the world. We are delighted he is joining Kekst CNC, complementing the skills and expertise of our growing team.”
Gibb received a knighthood for political and public service last month as part of the Prime Minister’s resignation honours.
Kekst CNC, which specialises in corporate crisis management, was former in October last year as part of a merger between two PR shops owned by French media giant Publicis.
