A penthouse that’s nestled in between Vauxhall Bridge and Tate Britain went on sale on this week, with a guide price of £25m.
The duplex is sits at the apex of a curvy riverside building that’s been designed by architectural firm Stanton Williams, which won the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2012 for its Sainsbury Laboratory.
Its new venture, financed by Ronson Capital Partners, sits across the 16th and 17th floors of and boasts 360 degree views taking in some of London’s most iconic landmarks.
Comprising approximately 6,000sqft of space, it’s the largest apartment in the scheme, where 80 per cent of homes have sold.
It also boasts 2,500sqft of private outdoor space – larger than the indoor space in some townhouses – including a south-facing roof terrace and a balcony off the master suite.
“This penthouse is the jewel in the crown of Riverwalk,” says Lisa Ronson, commercial director at Ronson Capital Partners. “We have given every detail careful consideration to create a spacious, luxurious and light-filled home, with a unique sense of the serene and calm in a bustling city.”
Inside, two lifts open onto a wood-panelled hallway, decorated with specially-commissioned artworks. The kitchen was custom made for the property and there’s a feature staircase to the upper floor. Bathrooms are fitted out with hand-picked marble stones and the owner will be waited on by a Harrods Estates concierge.
The grounds surrounding Riverwalk were designed by Chelsea Flower Show winner and judge Stephen Woodhams.
