Pinsent to move in 2011
PINSENT Masons, the law firm, has completed its search for a new City of London office and will move into 30 Crown Place in early 2011.
Comprising 197,000 sq ft, the 16 storey building, near Liverpool Street, will be the largest in Pinsent Masons’ international network of offices.
The firm said it had taken a 15-year lease at around £33 per sq ft with an undisclosed rent free period, proving that it is currently a good time to be a tenant negotiating deals
The move puts an end to a three year search for its 600 London based staff who are currently based in two separate offices on Ropemaker and Aylesbury Street.
“We have been planning to consolidate to a single London location for some years,” said Chris Mullen, senior partner.
