Piccadilly Line running with severe delays at rush-hour peak
Rush-hour commuters are facing severe delays across the entire Piccadilly Line this morning following a signal failure at Russell Square.
TfL urged passengers to find other ways to get to work while it resolves the issue:

Yesterday the DLR was out of action until the mid afternoon following a signal failure at West India Quay. The whole line was down from 9.15am and only resumed service at 2.15pm, when there were still minor delays.
Piccadilly Line users will have to brace themselves for further disruption later this month when members of the Rail union RMT stage a 48-hour walkout from noon next Wednesday following a "breakdown in industrial relations".
There will also be a walkout for five hours on Friday 28 September.
