People are going crazy over this suggestive skyscraper called the Spire
The £800m skyscraper set to be Europe's tallest live-in tower has become London's newest phallic symbol.
The plans for the skyscraper – also known as the Spire – were initially revealed in September, but now it has attracted attention for how it will look from above.

The building was designed by architects Larry Malcic and Christopher Colosimo, who said the shape of the tower was inspired by orchids, and that its three sections are meant to be "petals". Now, however, the three sections have taken on a slightly different meaning.
When it is erected, the tower will be 67 storeys tall, with 861 apartments. Nine lifts, moving at six metres per second, will move residents between the floors.

The apartments in London Docklands start at £600,000, with the most expensive on sale for around £3m. Residents will be able to see the Thames, Canary Wharf and the City all from the comfort of their beds.
And, as is the trend in modern luxury living in the capital, plenty of amenities will be provided, including a concierge, gardens, a spa and plenty of "sculptural benches" to recline on after a busy day in the City.
The spa includes a swimming pool with an "infinity edge" and a jacuzzi.
Greenland Group, a Chinese firm, is behind the build.

When the Spire was launched, Yuliang Zhang, chairman and president of Greenland Group, said: "This tower will be western Europe's tallest residential building and underlines London's enduring status as a world-class city and destination.
"This is Greenland Group's most important project in Europe, and will deliver exceptional new homes for Londoners."
The Spire is now set to overtake the Gherkin as the most suggestive building in London.
