Robert Tchenguiz challenges SFO May 17, 2011 Entrepreneur Robert Tchenguiz yesterday challenged the Serious Fraud Office over his arrest earlier this year. He filed a judicial review at the High Court, branding his arrest “unlawful, aggressive and disproportionate”.
