OUT OF OFFICE
THE POWER OF YES AT THE NATIONAL
It’s been somewhat overshadowed by Enron, Lucy Prebble’s story of Enron’s collapse. But Hare’s breaking news-style drama is a brilliant, intense and eminently watchable explanation of the credit crunch’s origins. There’s a Hare character as narrator trying to make sense of things, with the help of a young female ex-banker. Very current and well worth a watch. Until 18 Apr at the Lyttleton Theatre. Tickets £10-£35. Lyttelton Theatre, South Bank, E1 9PX. To book, call 020 7452 3000.
DINNER FOR ALDO ZILLI TONIGHT

Zilli Light signature dishes include ginger baked salmon and Italian fish stew, so expect a tasty evening. Tonight, tickets £50 per person and include a copy of Zilli Light (worth £20). To book, call 020 7915 2200. Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, SW6 1HS.
AFTERNOON TEA AT THE LANGHAM HOTEL
A new tea at the Langham Hotel’s Palm Court is spiked with Beefeater gin – for those that don’t fancy a G&T so early in the day, the hot tea served will be infused with gin botanicals, including citrus, juniper and angelica. Food to go with is the height of refinement: think Castle of Mey Beef with savora mustard, home-baked scones and mini French and English pastries (a mille feuille here, a Bakewell tart there). Palm Court, The Langham, 1c Portland Place, W1B1JA, tel: 020 7965 0165.
