DATING COMEDY NERVE’S LONDON PREMIERE
Nerve, a comedy about love and dating, has already earned plaudits in New York. In London it will hit a nerve, too, with the story of an online dating rookie whose date has had far too much experience. Together they explore their fears and expectations, their past and their vulnerabilities. It may be a dark comedy based around the New York dating scene but it is the sort that translates perfectly. 19-24 Oct; tickets £15. Baron’s Court Theatre, W14 9HR. To book, call 020 8932 4747.

FINE WINE FAIR: THIS WEEKEND
Wine lovers – or better yet, aspiring fine wine lovers – should make time for the Fine Wine Fair, a new event inspired by the rising sales of higher-priced wines. It is the first of its kind to make fine wine accessible to anyone interested in drinking and learning about the sorts of vintages one often feels best left in the back on a massive, leather-bound wine list. Some of the finest chocolate and cheese will be there too. 15-17 Oct at Chelsea Town Hall. www.finewinefair.org.
