ORIEL SECURITIES AND KBC PEEL HUNT JOINT BROKER, UNDERWRITER AND BOOKRUNNER
Speedy Hire’s rights issue is fully underwritten by Oriel Securities and KBC Peel Hunt, with Rothschild as the financial adviser.
The Oriel Securities team comprises members of its corporate, sales and research divisions, led by Oriel’s head of corporate Richard Crawley, who joined the firm two years ago from Credit Suisse.
This month, the team was also involved with the £220m floatation of Max Property Group – the first initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in this financial year – and in March they were joint underwriters on Premier Oil’s £170m rights issue.
The KBC Peel Hunt team, which includes Matthew Tyler and Nicholas Marren, is led by its director of corporate finance, Garry Levin.
Levin joined the firm in March 2008 from Altium, where he was joint chief executive.
