A survey by Savanta has confirmed the rainbow alliance as the natural political home of crypto holders: 29 per cent of LibDem voters, 24 per cent of Greens and 19 per cent of Labour supporters admit they hold crypto compared to just 15 per cent of Conservatives.
Crypto’s anti establishment image is chief amongst its attractions – with more investors willing to place their money in crypto than government bonds.
For LibDem supporters, who occupy the drab grey area of the political middle ground, owning trendy, volatile assets may finally give them something interesting to talk about.
