London’s support dropped from 44 per cent last year to 38 per cent this year. London’s share of the vote is even lower compared with two years ago when it received 65 per cent of the vote.
The leading emerging financial centre was named overwhelmingly as Shanghai, which took 53 per cent of the vote compared with second- placed Dubai, which polled nine per cent.
