Murray sends GB into Davis Cup quarters
GREAT Britain are through to the quarter-finals of the Davis Cup for the first time since 1986 after Wimbledon champion Andy Murray beat Sam Querrey 7-6 (7-5), 6-7 (3-7), 6-1, 6-3 in San Diego late last night. The four-set victory gave the team a 3-1 win against the US, meaning they now face Italy, who beat Argentina, in the last eight at the start of April.
