Mancini decides to keep Jo
MANCHESTER CITY outcast Jo has been welcomed in from the cold by manager Roberto Mancini and could start tonight’s visit from Timisoara.
The Brazil striker had looked sure to be sold, but Mancini used him prominently yesterday in training and then declared him not for sale.
“I have been able to see Jo close up in the last two months and what I have seen makes me think he’s a good player,” said the Italian, whose team won the play-off first leg 1-0 in Romania. “We want to keep him.”
