London Pride: Pictures and updates as over 250 LGBT groups march through capital
A carnival hit the capital today as thousands took to the streets to celebrate LGBT rights at the annual Pride march.

Unperturbed by the heightened security following yesterday's terror attacks in France, Kuwait and Tunisia, the capital was decorated in the colours of the rainbow flag as tens of thousands of people and over 250 community and performance groups made their way from Baker Street to Whitehall.
The theme of this year's parade was "heroes" to celebrate those that had paved the way for progress to LGBT rights. Alan Turing, the legendary mathematician who helped crack Nazi codes in World War II but was later prosecuted for homosexual acts in 1952, was one of those celebrated.
After the United States Supreme Court's landmark to make same-sex marriage a legal right across the country, their flag was added to others with the law at the front of the march.
Roads closed for the march are expected to be back open by 6pm, but celebrations are expected to continue to run into the night in Soho.
One of the group's in attendance was Ukip's LGBT group, despite being banned by organisers "in order to protect participants and ensure the event passes off safely and in the right spirit".
