London Distillery Company and Royal Botanic Gardens team up to launch Kew Organic Gin
Artisan gin just got a floral makeover, as The London Distillery Company announced a collaboration with the Royal Botanic Gardens to create Kew Organic Gin.
Developed at the company's London-based distillery, the gin will be crafted using "uniquely harvested seasonal flora" from the gardens and a selection of other organic botanicals from around the world.
Each bottle (below) will also be hand-bottled and labelled, featuring a design inspired by the archives at the Royal Botanic Gardens, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

"It's not everyday you have access to the largest collection of useful, rare and treasured plants in the world.
Quincy Leon, head of licencing at Kew, said: "This collaboration has resulted in a gin to be proud of. This will become a classic."
