Leicester City’s season just got even better for fans – here’s why
Are Leicester's fans the luckiest lot in the league?
Not only is Leicester City top of the Premier League and in with a chance of winning the title, but fans were handed a particularly nice treat on top of all that success by Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, the club's owner.
To celebrate the billionaire's birthday, the Foxes fans were handed a sweet treat and something to wash it down with at today's game against Southampton – a doughnut and a beer. And all for free.
Leicester's owner giving everyone at the game a free beer and a doughnut. That's a hell of a round.

Leicester fans in fine singing form so far. Wouldn't you be if you were top of the league and got a free beer and doughnut before the game!

Free beer, free doughnuts, song, sunshine and a seven-point lead in sight. Quite a day to be a Leicester fan. pic.twitter.com/Zrk26rfWfx

Never much liked Leicester, or their fairytale, as much as I respect what they've done. But free beer and donuts. What a club. #LeiSou #EPL

To be fair, he can afford it. He is after all worth £2bn. Beer and a doughnut's probably just pocket change.
