Jol unconcerned despite absence of his big three
FULHAM manager Martin Jol is confident about his side’s chances against Wisla Krakow in tonight’s Europa League clash, despite being without a handful of key players.
The Cottagers face the Polish champions without Danny Murphy, Clint Dempsey and Bobby Zamora.
“We took a few younger players instead [rather than risking them] like Kerim Frei, Alex Smith and Marcel Gecov,” said Jol, whose side have garnered four points from their opening two group games. “That said, I do not have any concerns before the match. We have 22 good players, as well as a few younger players. We have a strong team overall.”
