How much do tickets for Mayweather v Pacquiao cost? What you need to know about getting to the mega-fight
Tickets for the hotly-anticipated "fight of the century" between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will finally go on sale today – just nine days ahead of the historic May 2 bout.
Yet don't get too excited boxing fans. Unsurprisingly, tickets for the richest fight of all time aren't going to come cheap and are in incredibly short supply.
Just 1,000 tickets for the event at the 16,500 capacity MGM Grand will be available for prices at $1,500 (£996), $2,500, $3,500, $5,000 and $7,500 from 8.00pm BST tonight.
The most expensively priced $10,000 band of tickets have already been swept up by fight insiders. Yet more bickering between Top Rank promotions (representing Pacquiao), Mayweather Promotions and the MGM Grand over the allocation of tickets threatened to derail preparations for the £160m mega-fight.
If you miss out on tickets (the chances are that you will) but still want your taste of Las Vegas' famed big night atmosphere, 35,000 to 50,000 closed circuit seats priced at $150 are being made available across the city.
Still, if you fancy your chances log onto mgmgrand.com, ticketmaster.com or call +1-866-799-7711 or 800-745-3000 to try your luck.
