G4S extends Baghdad contract
FTSE 100 security firm G4S yesterday announced that it has extended its contract with Baghdad International Airport for another two years, in a deal valued at $22.5m (£14m) per year. G4S has a team of over 840 employees working at the airport to provide security. “We have worked hard to help the team at the airport ensure that it looks and feels like any other airport elsewhere in the world,” said Martin Aggar, aviation director for G4S Risk Management.
