Warner, yesterday placed on Interpol's most-wanted listed, said in an extraordinary television address that he fears for his life and will reveal "knowledge of international transactions at Fifa including its president Sepp Blatter".
In a rambling, unfocused paid-for party political address, the former Fifa official said "I will no longer keep secrets for those persons who now seek to actively destroy this country's hard-won international image".
"I have compiled a comprehensive and detailed series of documents including cheques and corroborated statements", he said, promising to provide a "link between Fifa, its funding and the United National Congress and the People's Partnership Government.
"Not even death will stop the avalanche that is coming. The die is cast. There can be no turning back. Let the chips fall where they fall."
Warner's comments follow the sensational claims from former American Fifa official Chuck Blazer that he had accepted bribes in the bidding process for the 2010 and 1998 World Cups.
