RIVERSIDE DINNER IN A YURT
Taste food straight from the fields with this travelling Riverford field kitchen, which will set up shop in nine different spots round the country in May. Food is served in a yurt, with a menu taken from the award-winning Riverford Field Kitchen in Devon. Dishes include swiss chard and anchovy gratin and new potatoes baked in parchment.
