Ferguson frustrated over RVP
FOOTBALL: Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted the club’s bid to sign Arsenal captain Robin van Persie has stalled. He said: “We’ve made a bid, they [Arsenal] have been trying to negotiate with other clubs.”
