A truly exciting day’s racing takes place at Newmarket on Saturday where the Cambridgeshire Handicap is one of the feature races of the afternoon alongside the Middle Park Stakes for colts & the Cheveley Park Stakes for fillies. The Group 2 Royal Lodge Stakes gets the action underway at 1.50.
Sean Woods will be looking for a bit of cut in the ground for Savvy Victory when he goes for the big field Newmarket heritage handicap. The Newmarket based trainer joins us today.
Haydock also race on Saturday with a couple of competitive handicaps to look forward to.
