Donald Trump tells Prime Minister David Cameron he’s not stupid and warns their relationship could sour if he wins the White House
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has sent Prime Minister David Cameron a strong and simple message: I'm not stupid.
The billionaire said that any relationship with the Prime Minister may not be "very good" after Cameron had said Trump's proposed blanket ban on Muslims entering America was, in fact, stupid.
The Prime Minister had said that the policy idea was "divisive, stupid and wrong", which he has not apologised for.
"It looks like we're not going to have a very good relationship, who knows. I hope to have a good relationship with him but it sounds like he's not willing to address the problem either," Trump said.
Not contented with that, though, Trump had a message for newly-elected Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, who had called the Republican's view on Muslims "ignorant", warning that they inadvertently could fan the flames of extremism.

"I will remember those statements", Trump said of Khan's words on ITV's Good Morning Britain.
"He doesn’t know me, hasn’t met me, doesn’t know what I’m all about. I think they were very rude statements and frankly tell him I will remember those statements. They are very nasty statements," Trump said.
Those comments come after Khan said he wanted to "educate" Trump in an ongoing exchange between the two through media.
Trump has also waded into British politics of late, saying that he thinks the UK would be better off without the EU. However, he stressed that it was a decision for the British people.
