Domino Printing sees profit surge
Domino Printing Sciences yesterday posted a 65 per cent rise in first-half underlying pre-tax profit and said strong levels of demand had been continuing through spring. The company, whose printers are used for stamping barcodes and best-before dates on food, drinks and other products, raised its interim dividend by 20 per cent to 5.48p. “Domino is now well into the recovery phase and it appears to be heading for full-year results well ahead of consensus expectations,” Arbuthnot Securities analyst Michael Blogg said.
