Customer incident and signal failure causing severe delays on Piccadilly Line
There was no service on parts of the Piccadilly Line line this morning, with severe delays throughout, because of an earlier customer incident and signal failure.
The line between Arnos Grove and King's Cross was shut off early this morning, because of a person on the track.
By the start of rush hour, the line was re-opened but was suffering from severe delays, Transport for London said.
It was being put under additional pressure because of a signal failure at Acton Town.

Reports suggest a person was hit by a Tube train early this morning, however no one from British Transport Police was available to confirm this at the time of publication.
