It comes four months after the Jersey-based business acquired Asian corporate services provider People & Projects and is the seventh acquisition since the firm was backed by private equity house Dunedin in 2008.
Landes, who has taken on the role of Hawksford's London managing director since the acquisition, said: “I am looking forward to starting our journey as part of the Hawksford group.
"The collaboration of expertise and providing an international platform for our clients to utilise will place Hawksford at the forefront of the corporate, private client and fund services industry in the UK and internationally.”
“This is an exciting time for Hawksford and this move gives us a strong presence in one of the world's leading international finance centres," added Hawksford Group chief executive Michel van Leeuwen.
"It builds on our international expertise to extend our service offering to UK-based structures. Drawing on the market leading experience from our new London team, our clients will be able to utilise this new office, allowing them to create flexible structures based on their requirements.”
