CITY MOVES WHO’S SWITCHING JOBS
F&C Asset Management
The asset manager has appointed Jacob De Wit and Richard Wilson (pictured), respectively head of fixed income and head of equities at the firm, to its executive committee following its de-merger from Friends Provident.
The news follows the appointment of Kieran Poynter, the former chairman of accountancy firm PwC, and former Henderson Group chief executive Roger Yates as non-executive directors to the board at the start of last month.

Elissa Johnson, Nicholas Ware-Fredriksson and Stef Abelli have joined the fund management firm as directors of loans. Johnson joins from credit hedge fund Apollo Management International, Ware-Fredriksson from Highland Capital Management Europe and Abelli from BayernLB.
In addition, Jason Walker has been appointed as an ABS portfolio manager, joining from the Bank of Scotland Treasury, while Dan Maynard has been hired as a fixed income product specialist from Morgan Stanley.

The corporate finance advisory firm has appointed Peter Warner as a partner. Warner was most recently UK head of investment banking at Lazard, where he has worked for the past 23 years.
He has extensive experience advising on M&A deals, restructuring and capital raising, having recently worked for the likes of BSkyB, Pearson, Tui Travel, John Lewis and Carillion.
