CITY MOVES WHO’S SWITCHING JOBS
Collins Stewart
The financial services group has appointed Mark Wilson to its equity research team as an analyst covering the pan-European capital goods sector.
Wilson has covered both mechanical and electrical stocks for a number of years, from large cap through to mid cap companies. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and, for the past year, a niche capital goods advisory boutique.
Mint Equities
The agency broker has appointed David Horsley as financial director.
Horsley joins from Evolution Group, where he was also finance director. He started his career at Price Waterhouse before moving on to Goldman Sachs, Donaldson and Cantor Fitzgerald.
Evolution Securities
The investment banking firm has appointed Guy Froud from Citigroup, a week after taking on 45 new employees from Dresdner Kleinwort in a mass hiring drive.
Froud was formerly head of the emerging markets sales desk at Citi. Pior to that, he spent 13 years at HSBC James Capel.
