Ingenious
The financial services group has promoted Neil Forster from group finance director to the group’s chief operating officer. Prior to joining Ingenious in 2008, Forster was group finance director at Hat Trick Productions and held senior finance roles in Walt Disney’s European television business. Forster remains a non-executive director of Hat Trick Productions and sits on the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Special Interest Group for Media and Entertainment.
Evolution Securities
The investment bank has appointed Patric Johnson as head of distribution, responsible for research and sales. Johnson is expected to be appointed to the board of Evolution Securities on joining from ICAP Equities, where he is chief operating officer for Europe and Asia.
GHC Capital Markets
The investment management specialist has appointed David Rowley as Northern regional relationship manager. Rowley will promote GHC’s services to Independent Financial Advisors based in the North of England.
Bluefin Corporate Consulting
The financial advisory firm has appointed Alex Bennett as a health and risk consultant. Bennett joins from Moving Minds, where he was chief executive.
EACA
The executive board of the European Association of Communications Agencies has nominated Moray MacLennan, chief executive worldwide of M&C Saatchi, as president elect of the body. He will succeed current president Olivier Fleurot, chief executive of MS&L Group, for a two-year term from 15 September at the annual general assembly of the EACA in Brussels.
FNZ
The provider of integrated wealth management platforms has appointed Martin Jennings to the newly created position of chief operating officer for Australia and New Zealand, based in Sydney. Prior to joining the company, Jennings was managing director for AXA’s Elevate platform.
Berwin Leighton Paisner
The law firm has appointed the former chairman of the Office of Rail Regulation, Chris Bolt, as a consultant to work with Berwin Leighton Paisner’s Competition, EU and Trade Group. Bolt will step down from his current position as public private partnership arbiter for the London Underground this month.
