Liberum Capital
Mark Godridge has joined the investment bank as chief executive of its US subsidiary Liberum Capital Inc. He joins from JP Morgan Cazenove, where he has led the European and emerging market sales team since the merger of the two companies in 2010. In the five years preceding the buyout, Godridge was president of Cazenove’s New York office.
Nikko Asset Management
Geoffrey Post has been appointed as the London-based head of international product development (ex-Japan), following the joint venture between Nikko AM and India-based Ambit Holdings.
Reed Smith
John McGuinness has returned to London to lead the law firm’s aircraft and asset finance group. McGuinness moves from the firm’s Hong Kong office, where he has been a partner and head of the firm’s Hong Kong finance group for 14 years.
Coutts
Roksana Fasovska has been appointed as head of marketing for Eastern Europe at Coutts and Sita Aley joins as head of web publishing. Fasovska joins from Man Investments in Switzerland, and Sita Aley joins from Barclays Wealth, where she was head of digital channels.
STV Group
Genevieve Shore has been appointed as a non-executive director at the media group. Shore has previously held leadership roles at Pearson Group, including global digital director and group sales director of Penguin.
Petrofac
The international oil and gas service provider has appointed René Médori, who has been finance director of Anglo American since 2005, as a non-executive director. In addition, Marwan Chedid, chief executive of Petrofac’s engineering, construction, operations and maintenance division, joins the board as an executive director.
Henderson
The asset manager has appointed Jim Irvine, who leads structured products and advisory, to replace Mitesh Sheth as the head of its £16bn fixed income business. Sheth takes on a broader strategic role as director of business innovation.
