Lawrence Hannah has been appointed business development manager at the investment firm. He joins from Caerus Wealth Management, where he was responsible for building its alternative tax products business. Hannah has also worked at Merrill Lynch.

Demetria O’Sullivan has been appointed chief risk officer at the exchange’s new derivatives clearing house in London. She joins from Citigroup, where she was global head of risk for futures and over-the-counter clearing.

Sandra Schaap has been appointed as a fund manager in the asset management company’s global real estate multi-manager team. She joins from Syntrus Achmea, the asset management company, where she was a senior portfolio manager.
Business Growth Fund
John Swarbick has been appointed head of portfolio at the investment fund for fast-growing UK businesses. He joins from Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), where he was senior director. He will remain with LDC on a part-time basis until the end of 2013.

Jonathan Hanke has been appointed associate director of research at the investment management firm. He previously held teaching positions at the University of Georgia, Duke University and Princeton University.
Castle Trust
Guy Davis has been appointed head of customer service at the investment management firm. He was previously an independent consultant working with Tesco Bank, CapQuest and Eversheds.
