Intandem Films
The London-based international film group has appointed Robert Mitchell as a non-executive director and as a member of the company’s film financing committee. Mitchell previously worked at Walt Disney, where he set up the distribution company Buena Vista in 1992 and rose to the position of managing director of Walt Disney UK. Prior to Disney, Mitchell was a deputy managing director and marketing director at Palace Pictures and marketing director at Warner Brothers.
CBRE
Stephen Northage has joined CBRE as a senior director from Barclays Capital, where he was director and head of commercial real estate asset management. In addition, Gavin Williams and John Moore join as senior asset managers from Capita Asset Services and Hatfield Phillips respectively.

The magic circle firm has appointed Chris Smith as its global HR director to replace Jill King, who retired in October. Smith will join in mid-February 2012 from Herbert Smith, where she is global head of HR.
Mizuho International
The investment bank has appointed Christophe Savornin and David Grundy as directors in the fixed income business. Savornin joins from Morgan Stanley in Paris and Grundy moves from Banco Santander.
Nexar Capital Group
The alternative investment manager has appointed Antoine Prudent as global head of product and business development. Prior to joining Nexar, Prudent spent 10 years at Unigestion.
Multifonds
Bill Hunt, the former chief executive and president of State Street Global Advisors and vice chairman of State Street Corporation, has joined the board of directors of investment fund software business Multifonds.

David Brewster has joined the corporate debt advisory company as director. Brewster has more than 30 years real estate finance experience at UK and European banks. Most recently, he worked at BNP Paribas; prior to that, he worked at Fortis, where he led the real estate team.
