Shalini Khemka has been appointed as a managing director to develop the wealth manager’s private equity arm and expand the business overseas. Khemka will continue as CEO and director of The London Entrepreneurial Exchange, which she co-founded in 2010 while working as an investment banker at LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to joining LDC, Khemka led a team in the international trade finance business of Lloyds Banking Group.

Jonathan Taylor has been appointed to the new role of business development and consultant relations manager within the institutional sales team. Taylor joins from Tokio Marine Asset Management, where he was vice president in the London office.

The specialist corporate finance adviser has made four new hires. Garyth Stone and Patrick Mewton join the food and drink team from Rabobank, Ashish Burman joins the retail team from Mezzanine Capital, and independent consultant John Richards has been appointed as a retail consultant.
RBC Wealth Management
RBC Wealth Management has established a new London-based Eastern European desk by appointing Justyna Jackholt as a director. Jackholt joins from Clariden Leu, where she was a vice president in the London office.

Richard Abadie has been appointed as global leader of PwC’s capital projects & infrastructure practice. Abadie, a partner based in the firm’s London office, succeeds Carter Pate, who has recently retired from the firm.
Jupiter
Robert Mumby, a financial manager at Jupiter, will take over as manager of the Jupiter international financials fund from Philip Gibbs on 31 October. Guy de Blonay becomes deputy manager of the Jupiter international financials fund and the global financials fund, and Robert Mumby becomes deputy manager of the Jupiter financial opportunities fund.
