Avon Rubber
Avon Rubber has announced that Chloe Ponsonby has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Chloe will chair the remuneration committee and will be a member of the audit and nominations committees. She is a partner at the Lazarus Partnership, an independent research and advisory firm. She has spent the past 10 years advising companies as a corporate broker. Prior to that, Chloe was a fund manager at Jupiter Asset Management.
PKF Littlejohn
Rhodri Whitlock has been appointed assurance and advisory partner at accountancy firm PKF Littlejohn, the London member firm of PKF International. Rhodri’s appointment builds on the appointment of three partners from Fitzgerald & Law last month and a series of appointments in 2015 to acquire new service expertise and build on areas of existing strength. With over 20 years’ partner experience in audit and corporate advisory, Rhodri has extensive knowledge of national and international financial and business assurance matters. He has significant experience of working with public companies (both Aim and full list, including IPOs), private equity/venture capital backed businesses and private companies, together with the entrepreneurs, management and stakeholders behind them. Rhodri has an interest in and acts directly for clients in the technology, private care home, e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing and renewables sectors.
Sage
Accounting, payroll and payments firm Sage has appointed Van Diamandakis as executive vice president brand. Van will support chief marketing officer Santiago Solanas Ruiz in developing the overall marketing vision and strategy for the Sage brand, leading on all aspects of brand strategy; positioning, portfolio & brand architecture and strategic commercial planning. Van brings more than 20 years of technology marketing experience, at brands including AT&T, Oracle, Dell and WebEx Communications. Most recently, he was chief marketing officer at Corvil Networks in Dublin.
T-Systems
T-Systems in the UK, Deutsche Telekom’s corporate customer arm, has appointed Christoph Rode as its new managing director. The appointment is an internal promotion for Christoph. He has worked at T-Systems for 14 years and prior to his appointment Christoph was account director of the EE global account. Former managing director of T-Systems in the UK, Casper Malig, has taken over as vice president of northern Europe and vice president sales and service management Europe, Middle East and Africa at T-Systems International.
