The law firm has announced the appointment of Olivia Caddy as a partner in its London office. Caddy specialises in oil and gas upstream debt financing, and joins from Herbert Smith Freehills.
Grant Thornton
Usman Malik has been appointed as director of mergers and acquisitions at the advisory firm. He joined Grant Thornton in 2002.
Houlihan Lokey
The investment bank has hired two managing directors to its capital markets group. Anthony Martino and Gregg Newman both join from Sagent Advisors, where they were co-heads of its alternative capital markets group.
Jupiter
The asset management company has recruited Richard Wilson as head of marketing. Wilson was most recently at HSBC Global Asset Management. Prior to that, he was marketing director at Henderson Global Investors and New Star Asset Management, and held marketing roles at Aberdeen Asset Management.
Intermediate Capital Group
Nyree Hu has been appointed director in the global distribution team at the asset management firm. She was most recently at CQS, where she was director of marketing for Asia. Prior to that, she held various positions at UBS Wealth Management, Ecofin, and AT Kearney.
Michelmores
The law firm has hired Brian Hitchcock as a partner in its construction team. Hitchcock specialises in construction, engineering and procurement law. He has previously worked at Trowers & Hamlins and Eversheds.
Partnership
Guy Horton has been appointed chief pricing officer at the insurance company. He has over 16 years’ experience, and joins from Commercial International Life, where he was managing director.
