City Moves for 29 March – who’s switching jobs at Neom, The City Mental Health Alliance and Aon?
Who’s on the move today?
Neom
Wellbeing and beauty brand Neom has appointed Emmanuel Osti as chairman. French-Italian Osti was managing director of L’Occitane from 2000 until 2015. During that period the company grew from a brand turning over close to €50m (£42.9m) to a multi-channel business with sales of more than €1bn and over 2,000 stores. Neom chief executive Oliver Mennell said: “It’s not often you meet someone that has been one of the key actors in growing an independent brand in this sector from close to €50m sales to over €1bn.”
The City Mental Health Alliance
The City Mental Health Alliance (CMHA), an alliance of City businesses that aim to create mentally healthy workplaces, has announced the appointments of Brian Heyworth and Beth Robotham to its board. Brian is CMHA’s vice-chair international and global head of client strategy at HSBC Global Asset Management and has been appointed as chair. He will succeed Nigel Jones, whose term comes to an end in May 2019. Beth, executive director at Goldman Sachs International in EMEA and current vice-chair UK of CMHA, has been announced as deputy chair, a newly created role.
Beth has been part of the CMHA since 2012, with Goldman Sachs being one of CMHA’s founding members. Brian said: “The City Mental Health Alliance has made huge strides in recent years, with our members at the forefront of driving change and demonstrating their commitment to creating a better future for workplace mental health.” Beth said: “Collaboration and partnership have long been central to CMHA’s success and our members have shown how this, coupled with strong leadership, can have a meaningful impact in creating new standards for wellbeing in business.”
