Duncan MacIntyre has been appointed chief executive of the banking firm’s private client business in the UK. He joins from Coutts & Co, where he founded and was global head of its private office. MacIntyre has also worked as a senior private banker at JP Morgan, which he joined from Robert Fleming & Co in 2000. He began his career at HSBC James Capel in the private client investment management business.
INVESTEC STRUCTURED PRODUCTS
The structured products and investment provider has appointed Colin Brockman as head of intermediary distribution. He was previously national accounts and third parties manager at the firm. Brockman has also previously held roles at Prudential, latterly in its investment development intermediary sales team.

Hugo Raworth has been appointed director in the property-focused professional services and investment firm’s valuation advisory team in London. He has 20 years’ experience in the industry, and joins from Situs, where he was responsible for the growth of its European business.
SCIPION CAPITAL
The commodity trade finance investment manager has announced several senior appointments. Myriam Ly joins as general counsel from Schulte Roth & Zabel International, where her practice focused on the establishment and structuring of hedge funds. Neil Tuckwell joins as head of operations from FBN Bank (UK), where he was senior transaction management officer in the Middle East. David Butler joins as non-executive director. He founded Kinetic Partners in 2005, and has also served as partner at RSM Robson Rhodes London and as a senior tax manager at Deloitte and EY.
INSIGHT INVESTMENT
Lynne Dalgarno has been appointed head of human resources at the European investment management firm. She joins from Alliance Trust, where she was director of human resources and corporate services. Dalgarno has over 20 years’ experience in HR roles within financial services.
LINKLATERS
The law firm has appointed Matt Keogh as global practice head of its investment management group. A partner since 2012, his practice includes all aspects of institutional investment products and transactions for investors and sponsors, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds.
HIG CAPITAL
The private equity firm has appointed David Hunter as senior adviser for European real estate. Prior to setting up his own real estate advisory firm in 2005, he was managing director of Aberdeen Asset Management’s property fund business and president of the British Property Federation in 2004.
