The business advisory firm has appointed Olaf Theilmann as a senior partner in its financial services practice. He was most recently at Barclays, where he was European chief commercial officer and member of its executive committee.
Baker Tilly
The accountancy firm has announced the hire of Karen Hine as head of private client tax. Hine has over 20 years’ experience providing tax advice to businesses and individuals. She joins from BDO.
BNY Mellon
The investment management company has recruited Monika Aminiova as a market manager in its treasury services business for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Jupiter
Robert Siddles has joined the asset management firm to manage its US small cap portfolios. Siddles has 26 years’ experience covering US equities as an analyst and fund manager. He was most recently at F&C, where he managed the F&C US Smaller Companies Investment Trust and F&C US Smaller Companies Fund.
IPS Capital
The investment management boutique has hired Paul Miles as head of intermediary partnerships. Miles was previously at Ashcourt Rowan, where he was director of intermediary services.
Anglo-Pacific Group
The natural resources royalties firm has recruited Julian Treger as chief executive and Mark Potter as chief investment officer. They both join from Audley Capital Advisors, where they were principals.
CBRE
Kate Brennan has joined the property company as an associate director in its residential valuation team. She was most recently at Allsops, where she worked in its residential valuation division.
DUAL
The underwriting arm of Hyperion Insurance Group has appointed Mark Spadaccini as regional managing director for Asia. He joined DUAL five years ago as managing director of its Singapore arm.
