The private banking and wealth management firm has appointed Gemma Woodward as head of charities. She has previously held various roles at Newton’s Investment Management, Lloyds Private Banking, and Henderson Global Investors Private Asset Management.
Deloitte
Mark Stephenson has joined the business advisory firm as head of its UK and Switzerland manufacturing industry practice. Stephenson is currently an international tax partner at Deloitte, with particular focus on large and complex multinational manufacturing groups.
US Risk UK
The umbrella insurance company has announced the appointment of Mike Lobb as managing director. He joins from Howden Banking Group, where he was chief of staff.
StormHarbour
The global markets and financial advisory firm has made four new hires to its Singapore office. Sandeep S Gill and Barry E Dick join as principal and managing director. Gill is a former global head and managing director of structured credit and derivatives at DBS Bank. Dick was previously head of fixed income sales at Merrill Lynch for Asia, ex-Japan. Martin Otway and Nicholas Loh join as directors from OPVS Group.
SL-x Group
The capital markets electronic trading business has made three appointments. Richard Dellabarca, former chief financial officer at Chi-X Global Holdings, has joined SL-x as chief financial officer. Nancy Gardner has been appointed general counsel. Dr Marc Gerstein joins as strategy director. Gerstein has previously held senior positions at Instinet.
BNY Mellon
The investment management firm has recruited Gesa Benda as a global collateral services product segment manager, based in Frankfurt. She has over 20 years’ industry experience, and joins from Eurex.
Skyepharma
Andrew Derodra will join the oral and inhalation drug delivery company as chief financial officer and executive director. He was most recently at Tate & Lyle, where he was group vice president for finance and control.
