Anna Morfey has been appointed partner in the litigation law firm’s European practice. She joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was a senior associate. Morfey’s practice comprises contentious and non-contentious EU and competition law.
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe
The real estate investment management firm has appointed Rachel Arden-Davis as director, finance and operations pan European funds. Prior to joining Cornerstone, she spent ten years at Axa Real Estate, most recently as senior fund controller. Arden-Davis also previously spent eight years at PwC in London and Frankfurt.
Linklaters
The law firm has announced the appointment of Jean Price as counsel in its financial regulation group. She joins from Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, where she spent four years as head of its financial services legal team. Price has also previously served as head of retail banking and consumer finance at CMS Cameron McKenna.
Bird & Bird
The law firm has announced the appointment of Pattie Walsh as a partner in its global employment practice. She was previously head of employment for Asia Pacific at DLA Piper.
Heritage International Fund Managers
The fund administration business has promoted associate directors Kevin Smith, James Christie and Mariana Enevoldsen to the board. Smith has worked in financial services since 1996 and joined the firm in 2006. Christie joined in 2011 and has worked across the funds industry since 1997. Enevoldsen has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and joined Heritage International Fund Managers in November 2013.
King
The mobile interactive entertainment company has announced the appointment of Mark Taylor as chief people officer. He joins from Burberry Group, where he spent nine years supporting the company’s re-invention as a digital retailer. Taylor has over 20 years’ experience in human resource and talent management positions, and has also held roles at Kimberly-Clark, GlaxoSmithKline and British Aerospace.
