CBRE
Vishnu Reddy, formerly a real estate loan portfolio manager in BNP Paribas’ corporate and investment banking division, has joined CBRE as a senior director and head of transaction management within the capital advisors’ debt and structured finance team. Vishnu has 20 years’ experience working in the sector, both as a lawyer and as a financier, and has expertise in negotiating and executing complex structured real estate debt and equity transactions. Vishnu will be focusing on coordinating deal execution as well as providing a much valued legal function to support clients.
Neon
Neon, the specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Andrew Dougall as head of casualty. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the casualty space. In his new role, Andrew will focus on enhancing Neon’s broker distribution and generating new business opportunities, classes and niche portfolios. He joins after nearly a decade at Lloyd's insurer Mitsui Sumitomo where he was most recently head of underwriting property and casualty. Prior to Mitsui, Andrew spent seven years at CNA Insurance Company, where latterly he was responsible for European casualty operations across the London market, UK regions, France, Germany and Denmark.
Willis Towers Watson
Willis Towers Watson has appointed Kemp Ross as global head of delegated investment solutions in the company’s investments business. Kemp joins from Aon Hewitt, where he has held various roles since he joined in 2008; most recently he was senior partner, head of solutions and operations for investment. Prior to this, Kemp worked at Mercer for 15 years, most recently as the Chicago retirement business leader. Kemp is an actuary by background, has a BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and a MS in Applied Statistics from North Carolina State University.
Colliers International
Colliers International has recruited Pierre Riviere as its head of corporate solutions and cross border business, France. He will be responsible for supporting clients in the management and optimisation of their international real estate portfolio. He joins from CBRE, France where he has worked since 2004. During the last three years he created and led the tenant representation and transaction management department at CBRE; and for the five years prior to that he was head of corporate advisory, dedicated to foreign clients. Pierre also spent five years at Business France, working in Paris and London on assignments advising and assisting international clients.
