The Aim-listed video distribution and monetisation network has appointed Niall Dore as group finance director. He was previously finance director at Betfair Group, and has also held group financial controller positions at GE Life and Hyder Consulting.
Zeus Capital
Hugo Chance has been appointed director, head of family offices, at the independent investment bank. He previously worked at Truestone Asset Management (now EQ Investors), where he ran its Angels & Equity Forum. Chance is a former associate director at the London School of Business and Finance.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch
The bank has announced four senior appointments to its global transaction services (GTS) team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Peter Jameson becomes head of trade, GTS EMEA. He remains co-head of product management, GTS EMEA. Matthew Davies becomes co-head of product management, GTS EMEA. Geoff Mizen becomes head of strategic solution delivery for GTS EMEA. Finally, Suzanne Janse van Rensburg has been promoted to managing director, and becomes head of liquidity, GTS EMEA.
JLL
The real estate-focused investment and professional services firm has appointed Michael Webb as a director in its central London retail team. He joins from property consultancy CWM, where he led its restaurant & leisure team for four years.
Morrison & Foerster
The law firm has announced the appointment of James Robinson as a corporate partner in its Tokyo office. He joins from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he led its Tokyo corporate and M&A practice areas.
Payne Hicks Beach
The law firm has announced the appointment of Basil Dixon as a solicitor in its private client department. He joins from Maurice Turnor Gardner, and specialises in advising high net worth individuals on structuring their assets. Dixon trained at Allen & Overy.
Cushman & Wakefield
The property adviser has appointed Richard Womack to lead its West End capital markets practice. He joins from CBRE, where he has concentrated on Central London investment disposals and acquisitions for 20 years.
